Specialising in investment banking, capital markets, business management and operations, Kwon-Wishik has worked for leading consulting and finance companies across her career, including Deloitte, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citadel Investment Group.

Kwon-Wishik has spent the last 12 years working for Wells Fargo Securities. Integral to its operations, Kwon-Wishik joined the financial services company in 2011.
