In this role, Shawn will be responsible for leading the 14,000-person business and driving growth across the financial services sector. He brings to EY more than 30 years of experience in financial services, having previously served in a variety of leadership positions throughout the organisation globally and within FSO. He also successfully led the tax practice unlocking new revenue streams in managed services and is recognized as an innovator in developing transformative delivery with a technology-first approach to drive growth.

2. Marco Santos

Marco Santos

Marco has been with GFT since 2011, holding leadership roles overseeing operations in Brazil, Latin America, USA, and most recently as CEO of GFT Americas. This latest appointment follows the most recent appointment of Ian Oswald as Executive Director of Strategy and Offerings in March, 2024.

Linda’s career spans 25 years in the Cards and Payments industry and she brings extensive Cards, Product and Transformation experience from roles held at Barclaycard Payments, J.P. Morgan and RBS.  

4. George Schmidt

Job From:  Senior Vice President of Acquisition Marketing

Job To: Tide CEO UK/Europe

George Schmidt

George has played a key role in Tide’s growth in the UK, which now serves over 575,000 small and medium enterprises (SMEs), more than 10% of the market.  George joins Tide India CEO, Gurjodhpal Singh as the second Regional CEO reporting to Oliver Prill.
