Julia Carreon is the Global Head of Wealth Platform & Experiences at Citi, one of the world's preeminent financial institutions. In this critical leadership role, she oversees the strategic development and delivery of Citi's wealth management platforms and client experiences across the globe.

A seasoned finance executive, Julia has garnered over two decades of experience spearheading transformative digital initiatives for major financial institutions. Prior to joining Citi, she held senior positions at Wells Fargo, most recently as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) of The Private Bank, and Head of Fiduciary Operations.

Recognised as a thought leader in fintech and digital wealth management, she is also a sought-after national speaker on topics such as Generation Z, digital transformation and Women on Wall Street, sharing her insights and inspiring others in the industry.
