Bentzi Aviv is Global Head of FinTech Solutions at Amdocs. With over 20 years of experience as a digital transformation leader, Bentzi has dedicated 11 of those to leading Amdocs' financial services and fintech group, driving innovative technology initiatives for top global financial institutions. 

A passionate advocate for helping banks stay competitive in the digital age, Bentzi focuses on financial technologies such as cloud computing, infrastructure modernisation, digital payments, Gen AI and more.

Luke O’Leary

Luke O'Leary, Qonto

Luke O’Leary is a trusted fintech adviser and operator, with extensive operational, legal and financial experience across leading fintech hubs in London, Paris and New York. A former finance and private equity lawyer and banker, Luke has since turned his hand to Product & Strategic Partnerships Counsel.

Now Head of Product Law at Qonto, the B2B fintech, Luke has helped scale the business from 300 to 1600 people, including growing its legal function from two to 25 professionals. His current scope of responsibilities includes a full suite of business banking products (cards, payments, credit, onboarding, pricing, invoicing, expense management, tax payments), as well as growth partnerships, IP and Gen AI strategy.

Nick Maynard

Nick Maynard, Juniper Research

Nick Maynard is VP of Fintech Market Research at Juniper Research, enabling clients to seize new market opportunities, set priorities for future growth and understand their customers through survey projects. 

He also enjoys helping clients promote their expertise and vision of markets with compelling thought‑leadership whitepapers, webinars, and other media. Nick has been interviewed by major news outlets such as CNBC, Coindesk and the BBC, and has spoken at key industry events including Money 20/20 Europe.

Celebrating the very best in fintech, submissions are now open and will close on 17 June 2024. Winners of the Global FinTech Awards will be well-placed to serve as role models and inspire positive change.
