Wendy Redshaw

Wendy Redshaw, NatWest Group

Wendy is the Chief Digital Information Officer for all Retail Bank brands of the NatWest Group. Wendy is also Chair of the Board of NatWest Services Switzerland, holds a Non-Executive Director position for NatWest Trustee & Depository Services, is a Member of the Board of Directors for RoosterMoney – a recent FinTech acquisition – and is a Brand Ambassador of TechSheCan, whose vision is for women to be equal members in creating and developing technology that will shape our world.  

Throughout her career, Wendy has been involved in several successful FinTech startups, and numerous strategic transformations for top-tier banks, unlocking customer value and potential through digitalisation and innovation at scale. 

Wendy’s interest in how humans and machines interact goes back a long way - during her early days as a software engineer, she majored in Human-Computer Interaction, Knowledge Engineering and Expert Systems - a field within artificial intelligence (AI) aiming to emulate the judgment and behaviour of a human expert.  

Wendy is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, and for fostering purpose-led next-generation leadership.  

Joanna Pamphilis 

Joanna Pamphilis, UniCredit

Bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in financial services, M&A and consulting, Joanna Pamphilis holds the role of Global Head of Investments and Securities Digital Products at UniCredit. 

With her leadership skills, she is taking on challenges and creating high-value IT services and processes across multiple facets of financial cooperation from multinational banks, fintechs and technology corporates.

With her roots in the US and European heritage background, Joanna gained significant experience at different organisation worldwide – like State Street, KCG, UBS, Northern Trust and, today, UniCredit. Being a transformational leader, she has a deep track record of impactful results while being strongly people-oriented at the same time.

Joanna is Managing Director of the Management Board at UniCredit GmbH Austria and across the industries well-known as a thought leader for her favourite field – creating success through transformation.

Steve Round

Steve Round, SaaScada

Steve is Co-founder of SaaScada and has 25 years of disruptive financial services experience across the UK, Europe, Russia, Africa and the Gulf. 

Having worked with both major financial institutions and start-ups, Steve believes that the way to build a better world is through the creation of financial systems that are inclusive and accessible. 

Steve is the Chair of the Governing Board Forum of the Global Alliance for Banking on Values (GABV) and is also on the board of Centenary Bank in Uganda, which is a member of GABV.

Launching in 2024 at the end of Day 1 of FinTech LIVE London, The Global FinTech Awards will acknowledge companies, professionals and projects that have demonstrated exceptional performance, innovation and strategic thinking.

Celebrating the very best in fintech, submissions are now open and will close on 17 June 2024. Winners of the Global FinTech Awards will be well-placed to serve as role models and inspire positive change.

Not only will FinTech LIVE be hosting FinTech LIVE London in October 2024, but FinTech LIVE will be returning in 2025 in both New York and London.
